Tickets purchased for Richmond Jazz and Music Festival are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancelled festival. Refunds are then given in original form of payment. Per ticket and per order handling fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Richmond Jazz and Music Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and is not obligated to replace/reissue lost or stolen tickets. Once tickets are purchased, paid and given/sent to the purchaser, they are the sole property and liability of the purchaser. Tickets for "General Admission" concerts cannot be reissued. If you have questions about lost or stolen tickets, please contact the Box Office.

Parking

• Parking is available for patrons at the Dogwood Dell Parking Location (Free) and VCU West Cary Deck ($10). Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Dogwood Dell Parking Area entrance is located off of S. Boulevard. VCU West Cary Deck entrance is located off of Harrison Street.
• Shuttles will run back and forth throughout the day from the parking locations to the festival

By accessing the venue for all concert-related activities, Ticketholder hereby consents to being photographed, videotaped and/or recorded and further consents to the use and/or dissemination of any photographic, videotaped or recorded depiction of their voice, image or likeness, singularly or in conjunction with the depiction of others, in all domestic and foreign markets for any commercial or business related purpose. Ticketholder hereby conveys to the owner(s) and promoter(s) of The Richmond Jazz and Music Festival at Maymont (referred to herein both individually and collectively as “RJMFest”) any and all rights to the use and/or dissemination of Ticketholder’s voice, image or likeness for the purposes prescribed herein. Ticketholder, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, successors and assigns, does hereby release, acquit and forever discharge RJMFest and RJMFest’s affiliates, partners, joint ventures, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, owners, members, directors, officers, agents, representatives, attorneys and employees, past and present, and anyone acting on behalf of any of the aforementioned parties from any and all claims growing out of or in any way connected with the use and/or dissemination of any depiction of the Ticketholder in any manner and for any purpose referenced herein.
